What You Get
A Peer Advisory Board
As a member, you will be placed in a group of 15-20 executives who are in roles similar to yours at other companies. We call each of these groups, Councils. Each council has members from across the U.S. and from a range of industries, business model, and company size.
We bring all of our councils together twice a year for a two-day, in-person retreat. The majority of these two days will be spent with your immediate council but we also offer opportunities for you to meet and connect with members outside of your immediate council.
Each council is led by an experienced moderator and prior to each retreat, your moderator will create an agenda that addresses your specific needs, ensuring you get the most out of your private session.
Our retreats have historically taken place in cities like New York, San Francisco, Chicago – our next retreat in 2018 will be in a new city that we’re excited to explore – Minneapolis on April 23-24.

Between in-person retreats, your moderator will schedule a quick “catch-up” call to see how things are going and to look for ways to connect you with relevant members of our community.
Private Online Community
You’ll also have access to our private online community website, which includes the names and contact information for all of our members as well as an active discussion board. You can post questions (we call them ‘Requests for Help’) whenever they come up – these go out to all the members of our Councils community. Often within hours, you’ll receive thoughtful help from another member who has wrestled with similar challenges. See examples of recent Requests for Help.
Small Local Gatherings
In major cities like New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Seattle, Austin, Dallas, Atlanta and Boston, Collaborative Gain we host small dinners or meetings with 4-8 members around a common topic or theme.

What does it cost?
Membership is $7,500 a year (with a one-time onboarding fee for new members of $1,500) and is typically paid by your company.
