Britany started on the data and tooling side of Collaborative Gain before moving into member experience, and that path made her the perfect person to bring our biannual in-person gatherings to life. It’s a core part of the program, and her attention to detail, paired with a real knowledge of our members and the caliber of experience they expect, is exactly why it works. Year round, she’s also the one working to build and protect the constructive, trustful environments our community relies on.
