Craig Hopkins

Craig is a Leadership Consultant and former Chief Information Officer & IT Director for the City of San Antonio, the seventh-largest municipal corporation in the U.S., where he led IT operations, cybersecurity, business relationship management, and workforce development across a $4.0 billion annual budget and 500+ facilities. Before that, he spent nearly 20 years at USAA in senior technology and strategy leadership roles, including Chief Digital Officer, SVP of Information Technology, and VP of Enterprise Strategy & Chief Strategy Officer. He now also works as an Executive Career Coach and Leadership Consultant.

It’s not every day you get a moderator who’s run technology and strategy at true scale, from a $4 billion municipal budget to nearly two decades at USAA. Craig’s council draws on all of it, and after nineteen years with us, he shows no signs of slowing down.
