Hope Gurion

Hope has over 20 years of product management and leadership experience, having led product, design, and analytics teams at companies including Chief Product Officer at CareerBuilder and SVP of Product Management at Beachbody. She founded Fearless Product LLC to help companies grow through product innovation, specializing in coaching new product leaders, often from non-product disciplines, to accelerate their confidence and competence. She’s led and coached more than 50 B2B and B2C product teams across start-up, growth, and mature-stage companies, and hosts the “Fearless Product Leadership” podcast, where new product leaders learn from experienced peers how they tackle their toughest challenges.

Coaching new product leaders is essentially Hope’s second career at this point, and her council is the direct beneficiary. Fourteen years with CG, and she’s still doing what she does best: helping people find their confidence faster than they would have on their own.
