Marichu joined Collaborative Gain in 2021 and manages the administrative backbone of our broader council community, particularly scheduling, recruiting, and coordinating Peer Coaching Calls and Roundtables. The programs run smoothly because she keeps them running. She’s also a pillar for our admissions team, onboarding new members so they have clarity on what’s available to them and how they might leverage the program throughout the year. Members know and love Marichu for her consistency and foresight, plugging people into opportunities they wouldn’t even have known to ask for.
