- Your audio & video source is an owl (if you opted in for remote attendance)
- Additional Laptop in each room, this runs the owl but can also be used by Mods if you’d like

- May – Aug: Hold Virtual Council Calls (include 365@collaborativegain.com as an invitee)
- Mid Aug: Begin Scheduling Council Meeting 1:1s (create Notes for each member)
- Aug 20: Begin weekly moderator meetings on Wednesdays at 1pm ET
- Sep 3: Send first draft mtg agenda (template above) in PDF to Phyl. You can also send draft to your Council if you’d like.
- Sep 8: Send Final Agenda to Council
- Sep 11: HQ sends the “everything you need for next week” template to mods, who will then send to members. (If you’d like to send earlier, here is general template)
- Sep 15 – Sep 17: Fall Council Meetings
- Week of Sep 22: Send member Thank You notes to encourage attendance @ Spring 2026 meeting & Schedule monthly VCC series (include 365@collaborativegain.com)
- Sep: Schedule a Post Meeting 1:1 w/ Charlee.
- Oct – Mar: Hold your monthly VCCs (include 365@collaborativegain.com as an invitee)
