Head of Member Experience & Associate Councils

Charlee runs the Associate Councils program and New Member Admissions for both Executive and Associate Councils. She also oversees member experience for the 365 programs, mainly Peer Coaching Calls and Roundtables, working to connect members and create opportunities throughout the year for them to share ideas and learn from one another.
