Charlee Riggio

President

Charlee Riggio is the President of Collaborative Gain, where she leads the organization’s portfolio of communities and programs designed to help people grow in their careers by learning from and supporting one another.

Charlee oversees the company’s core business lines, including Executive Councils and Associate Councils, where senior leaders and rising operators meet in small, trusted groups to share experience, challenge thinking, and make better decisions together. She also helps lead Never Search Alone, the global community created by her colleague, Phyl Terry, author of Never Search Alone and CEO of Collaborative Gain. Never Search Alone helps job seekers navigate career transitions through structured peer groups called Job Search Councils (JSCs).

Charlee also supports the development of WBRG (World of Business Reading Groups), which provides business literacy concepts to high school students and professionals taught by HBS graduates and executives.

Through her work, Charlee focuses on building scalable communities where people can share knowledge, support one another through change, and make better career and leadership decisions together.
