Amber Johnson
Moderator: Customer Experience Council
Amber runs one of our Customer Experience councils, with members who come from a variety of industries (financial services, technology, health and beauty, higher ed) but share a common desire to bring the voice of the customer into decision making. Amber is also an independent consultant working with companies around the world to support their leadership development, strategy, and organization change needs.
Amber says, “I’m a very curious person, so being part of Collaborative Gain is a joy for me. I get to learn from incredible leaders doing remarkable work; being part of the councils makes their work more productive and gives them a network of colleagues to call on for help.
