Craig Hopkins

Moderator: Executive/General Manager Council

Craig joined the Councils in 2007 as the Chief Digital Officer at USAA (financial services for the military) and was a member through 2021 on several councils to include Digital, General Management, Product, and Technology. In 2017 he joined the City of San Antonio as the Chief Information Officer and IT Director and continues to serve there today. In 2022 he migrated from member to moderator of the new General Manager Council.

Craig says, “I moderate because I love to help others become great leaders, coaches, and create great experiences for their customers and their employees. Councils are a great place to collaborate, share, and ask for help, so we can all become better leaders.”
